Exchange & Return Policy
We follow a thorough check and put in a lot of efforts in curating and packaging the products for every single order. Therefore, we do not accept any return or exchange. However, if you’ve received a defective product and would like to exchange or return them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure-
The following products will not be eligible for exchange or return:
- Products purchased on sale/discount
- Bulk orders
- International Orders
- Used / Washed items
Process for Exchange & Return:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team might request you to share snapshots at houseofphulwari@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 80976 41147. Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original packing along with the invoice, bags, labels and any other inclusions provided in your delivery.
- Once we receive the package and it passes inspection, the amount will be initiated for credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders once placed by the customer with us via any channel, shall not be eligible for cancellation / amendment. HOUSE OF PHULWARI reserves the right to cancel an order if need be, under circumstances of any unfulfilled requirement. The correspondence for the same and any refund, if applicable, shall be made in 5-7 working days
NOTE:
1. We do not facilitate pick ups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to self-ship the item to us and inform us once done.
2. Products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
3. Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design or print of the product.
